Halloween 2011

Every Halloween we go to my parents house! They are all decked out and truly put on an amazing Halloween "show!" They're even known to scare kids out of the house while screaming, "I never want to come back:)" LOL Of course we figured Evy would be frightened by some of my parents ghools and goblins, but sure enough, she loved them all. My parents even gave her some things to bring home! We do have to say that dressing up girls for Halloween is so much fun! No matter what they wear, they always seem to look like princesses:)

Ekert's

In October we went to Ekert's with some of our favorite friends, the Schaecher's, and Aunt Marlo. We had a blast. It's so wonderful that Evy is getting to grow up with Alison and experience so many fun activities. These two girls have a blast together. And, we can't forget our favorite Aunt....Aunt Marlo, who is also Evy's Godmother. We couldn't have made a better choice. She is so involved in Evy's life and spoils her rotten:) Evy is so lucky that Aunt Marlo only lives 15 minutes away....she visits all the time and they've become best friends...well, at least as far as a 32 year old and 18 month old can!
Watching Evy and Alison run around trying to find that "perfect" pumpkin and edible apple was truly hilarious. They inspected them from top to bottom and if they didn't meet the girls sandards they simply threw them down or kicked them! We can't wait for more times likes these as well as our vacation with the Schaecher's! Each day keeps getting better and better!
